We begin on the 6th of the month with letters and phone calls. Day 10 is a site visit. Day 15, eviction is filed. We will handle the entire eviction process for you.
Lease rules are explained in full at the lease signing. If these rules are not followed the tenant is considered to be in breach of contract and eviction may be filed
